Whether you’re new to taxes or looking to sharpen your skills, this is a commission-based (performance driven) opportunity that includes hands-on mentorship, step-by-step training, and full support throughout tax season. This is not an hourly position and there is a mentorship fee investment required to access the training, tools, and tax software provided. The commission split starts at 60/40 and can increase up to 90/10 based on your performance and return volume. No prior tax experience is required just a willingness to learn, show up, and invest in your growth.
