Tax Preparer Ernest D. Kelly LLC Algiers, LA 70114

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to determine tax liability
• Utilize accounting software to input and organize financial data
• Analyze market trends and changes in tax laws to ensure accurate and up-to-date tax preparation
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax preparation
• Complete tax forms, schedules, and worksheets accurately and efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience in tax preparation or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation software
• Strong analytical skills to accurately assess financial information
• Sales or financial sales experience is a plus
