accounting business partner h&h accounting & tax service 525 Albany Street, Little Falls, NY 13365 I am seeking an Accounting and tax specialist to join my 20-year-old company with the opportunity to acquire equity interest. The company is in upstate New York and consists of multiple clients in excess of 400, including Corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, trusts, farms and individual businesses. The position requires minimum of ten years’ experience dealing with clients’ needs and providing income tax services for businesses and individuals. Must be knowledgeable in several Accounting functions, including payrolls, sales taxes, road taxes, and income tax preparation. Must have experience with Intuit Professional Series Tax Preparation software. CPA license is desirable with good communication skills in dealing with the public and resolving issues for clients. Also, must be familiar with responding to inquiries by taxing authorizes to assist clients in completing compliance with Federal and NYS tax regulations. This is a turnkey business which would require little buy in to acquire this business in the short term. The owner is in the final stage of his career and is looking to hand over the business to the right individual in the short term.
