Position Summary:

We are searching for an Enrolled Agent to provide tax preparation, tax representation, and administrative support for our clients. We are looking for someone to join our team that works well both as a part of a team and individually.

Responsibilities:

• Tax return preparing, reviewing and assembling.
• Bookkeeping in QuickBooks
• Contacting the IRS for client transcripts, notices and general representation.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Tax research
• Ability to work overtime during tax season.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred or related experience, and an active EA Certification with

IRS PTIN.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using and creating spreadsheets and formulas.
• Knowledge of tax and accounting concepts.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
