Full Job Description Description:
Under the supervision and guidance of the Branch Manager, the Teller accepts and processes transactions from the bank’s customers by personal contact, mail, and night deposit. The employee identifies customer needs and refers them to appropriate department. The Teller gains knowledge of other areas in the bank and provides exceptional customer service at all times.
HOURS:
Monday – Friday 12:30-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional manner Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
Skills and Qualifications:
