Teller/Member Service Representative Broward HealthCare FCU Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Minimum one year cash handling experience required. All applicants must be self-starters, take initiative, be organized, able to multi-task, possess basic computer skills and learn quickly. Applicants must have excellent people skills with a positive and friendly attitude. The Credit Union offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and PTO (Paid Time Off). All applicants must be available to work all hours of operation with reliable transportation and be able to travel throughout Broward County. The credit union is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Knowledge of credit union systems (Fiserv/Summit, Branch Suite, Spectrum, XA and LoansPQ) is a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Achieving all monthly sales goals Cross-Selling all credit union products & services to new and existing members Providing “above and beyond” member service Processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, etc. Balancing a cash drawer daily Opening new accounts Effectively communicating with members and staff via multiple methods such as email, phone, face to face, etc. Performing account maintenance Answering phones, creating letters, preparing/processing daily and monthly reports Performing other duties as required

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
