Teller:

Operates a cash drawer/cash dispensing machine on all types of teller transactions. Verifies completeness of all documentation and enters transaction in terminal. Balances cash at established times and balances entries to the system and prepares transmittal of work according to daily procedures. Understands opening and closing procedures and handles all member account inquiries. Responsible for meeting individual monthly, referral goals. Utilizes appropriate cross servicing techniques to provide potential/current members information regarding credit union products and services in a professional and courteous manner. Be able to travel between 2 branch locations (Mandarin & Fleming Island) In-Store environment. Ability to work in a small area and interact face-to-face with customers over a four-foot counter for an extended period of time. Ability to lift boxes of coin and money drawers weighing up to 30 lbs. Ability to reach over counter to help customers and to reach upper cabinets for supplies. Ability to access facility and move through the retail store to speak with customers.

What You Bring:

Experience/Education:

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year of cash handling experience, six months of customer service and sales experience preferred.
