Job Summary:

The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing teller operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations. This role supports teller staff through training, supervision, and daily operations management, while also delivering excellent customer service and assisting with branch functions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support teller team in day-to-day transactions and customer interactions. Train new and existing tellers, ensuring adherence to procedures and compliance requirements. Balance vault cash, ATM transactions, and maintain dual control procedures. Handle complex transactions and customer issues efficiently. Assist with scheduling, teller meetings, and staff performance feedback. Maintain accurate records of cash orders, shipments, and general ledger entries. Act as a backup for management in their absence.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial or teller-related role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Attention to detail and knowledge of cash handling procedures. Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer systems. Flexibility with scheduling, including extended hours if needed. Bilingual in
