Role:

To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Sell money orders and travelers checks to members; transfer amounts from member accounts as directed. Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services. Direct members to appropriate departments for specific information and services. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records. Cross-sells and opens share account, checking account and other credit union services.

Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service. Ability to operate a ten key calculator and computer keyboard with high attention to detail. Must possess a friendly and professional demeanor.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
