TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Bank Teller/Greeter position with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in St. Marys!
Job Description:
To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members. Experience 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking is preferred but not required Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email Good communication skills
- de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening Responsibilities Greet members and direct flow of traffic Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration Perform platform banking functions Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services

Must be available Monday
- Friday from 8:15am
- 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am
- 1:30pm
