Teller & CSR – Moultrie Branch 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 419 B. South Main Street, Moultrie, GA 31768 General Description Provides courteous and professional service to customers. Completes transactions accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures. Identify referral opportunities and make appropriate suggestions that best meet the customers’ needs. Consistently seek to delight our customers by friendliness, including learning our customers and addressing them by name. Reliable attendance is critical.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes transactions accurately and efficiently Smiles and greet customers, demonstrates good customer service skills Identify customer needs, and strive to meet those needs or direct customer to someone that can Controls teller cash drawer limits Follow bank security policies and procedures such as opening and closing procedures and maintaining alarm codes and functions Maintains an acceptable over/short difference Cashes checks within assigned limits Accepts deposit withdrawals and payments Issues official checks Redeems savings bonds Process night deposits under dual control Uses a personal computer to enter customer transactions and look up customer information Back up Head Teller as needed with ATM, Vault, and Cash shipments Back up Customer Service Representative as needed Maintains knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures Keeps up to date with required Compliance courses and appropriate tests Follows proper procedures to comply with BSA, including but not limited to OFAC scans and CTR filings Fills in as needed at other CBC locations The above requirements may be changed or updated by management at any time All personnel of Commercial Banking Company are committed to the Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures in order to assist in detecting and preventing money laundering and other illegal activities from being conducted through our bank. REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE,EDUCATION
High school diploma or the equivalent Prior cash handling experience required Prior customer service experience required Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; good social skills Demonstrates a “team” attitude toward the bank and coworkers with a constant focus on improving/protecting the bank Possesses an attitude of cooperation and a continual motivation to learn Ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works well under stress Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently Proficiency with personal computers; good technical skills; working knowledge in word processing and spreadsheet applications Maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance Maintain clean work area Punctualreliable
