Responsibilities:

Assist customers by providing excellent service, handling transactions, and maintaining accuracy in cash-handling and retail sales duties. Clearly communicate and answer customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances, interest rates, and fees. Maintain attention to details and adapt to changes as needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including in writing, phone, and in-person interactions with customers. Utilize computer systems and banking software effectively, ensuring smooth operations and customer service. Requirements No prior banking experience required. Experience in retail sales and customer service, including cash-handling, is a plus. Bilingual in English and Korean. High school diploma required (combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered)
