Full Time Job Duties:
Maintains teller drawer while handling all phases of teller transactions; receives and pays out money; keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions; accepts and processes customer transactions in accordance with bank policy, procedure, and according to applicable laws and regulations; operates and balances cash drawer; documents and processes night deposit contents; verifies transactions; performs data entry/reject corrections and balancing of transactions posted; other duties as assigned. Assists customers with opening, revising, and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve. Identifies cross
- sell opportunities and offers products to customers.
Assures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Maintains customer account information on computer systems.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years customer service and/or money handling experience. Ability to work in an environment where courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, well organized and attentive to detail. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use related software. Ability to occasionally lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
