Primary Accountabilities /

Responsibilities:

Performs any functionsnecessary within the scope of authority and expertise, to provide thehighest levels of customer service and responsiveness to our customers.

Superior Service Quality Ensures excellence in customer service andalways maintain service standards. Acts as a resource to identifycustomer servicing issues so that a resolution can occur, and customer?srelationship is retained. Responds to customer requests, problems,and/or complaints, and ensure the proper hand-off to the appropriateperson to assist if applicable. Develops and maintains a workingknowledge of our bank products and services and recognizes a customer?spotential product/service need. Recognizes opportunities tosuggest/cross-sell other Bank services to customers. Operations Performsa variety of transactions to service the customer including processingdeposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and credit card advances.

Participates in individual, team, and Bank goals as set by the branchmanager. Adheres to internal controls/policies regarding audit, dualcontrol, security, regulatory compliance, cash limits and robberyprocedures which protect the Bank, employees, and customers. Ensuresthat BSA procedures are being properly followed. Answers phone andin-person account inquiries. Accounts for all money in individual cashdrawer and balances transactions daily. Security Ensure the preventionof fraudulent activities through adherence to Bank policies andprocedures. Adhere to branch security procedures detailed in the HFGsecurity manual. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and ina safe manner.

Education And Experience:
