Customer Service Representative / Backup Teller Bellevue Branch Citizens Bank 7119 U S Highway 98, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accurate information and support. Open new deposit accounts for commercial and consumer customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Assist customers with account management and financial transactions using a computer and scanner. Maintain accurate records. Identify potential fraud through diligent monitoring and reporting of suspicious activities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. Skills Applicants must have bank experience in either CSR or Teller role. Familiarity with financial software applications relevant to banking environments. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on fraud prevention detection. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
