Job Summary As a Retail Banker III you are a front-line customer service provider and first point of contact for the banking customer. The Teller accepts retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; processes loan payments; cashes checks and savings withdrawals; assists with night depository and vault duties; promotes business for the Bank by maintaining excellent customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Assume full responsibility for proper documentation, compliance with established policies and procedures, in timely clearing of documentation errors. Minimum of 2 years Retail Banker (Teller) experience Cash handling experience Customer service experience Excellent communication skills High School Diploma Required Working Conditions Office environment, but may have infrequent occasion to work outdoors. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Overtime or extended hours occasionally. Physical Requirements While performing the duties for this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
