Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Temporary Floating Bank Teller to provide teller support across multiple branch locations between Weaverville and Hendersonville. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, is adaptable, and thrives in customer-facing positions. You will be responsible for performing a range of banking transactions while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel between designated branch locations to provide teller coverage as needed. Perform routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account inquiries. Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing of cash drawer at the end of each shift. Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and referring banking products or services. Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support branch teams with various administrative or operational tasks when not serving customers.

Requirements:

Prior teller or cash-handling experience strongly preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to different teams and environments. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily between branch locations. High school diploma or equivalent. Must pass background check and bonding requirements.

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule required during business hours

Monday-Friday Compensation:

$17/hr – $19/hr
