Role Overview:
As a Teller, you’ll be responsible for providing top-notch service to members. This includes processing transactions with efficiency and accuracy while promoting financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries Maintain and balance an individual cash drawer Perform accurate computer transactions per Teller manual Provide product and service information Promote and cross-sell credit union services Open new accounts and assist with payroll deductions Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations (including BSA) Always greet members with a smile and exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
Previous teller experience is required, credit union experience is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in using PCs, calculators, and basic office equipment Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge of credit union services Courteous, professional, and positive attitude Must have reliable transportation and ability to work onsite Looking to grow your career Join a team where your contributions make a difference.
