NOTE:
Position is located in Winston Salem, NC. Prefer that applicants live within a 30 mile radius of Winston Salem, NC. Good credit history a must.
Primary Accountabilities (High Essential)
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a role model to staff
- Post customer transactions
- Accurately maintain a cash drawer
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and services to efficiently and accurately assist customers
- Cultivate, develop, and maintain long term customers by promoting PFSB products and services.
Primary Accountabilities (Low Essential)
- Understand and comply with applicable regulatory and legislative requirements and PFSB policies and procedures
- Assist branch lending personnel with loan transactions (closing documents and posting)
- Cross train and back up other personnel as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or related work experience.
Related Experience:
Prior teller or cashier experience preferred.
