We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Teller to join our team and help us deliver fast, secure, and professional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash checks accurately and in accordance with state and company policies Conduct Western Union money transfers and assist with compliance steps Issue money orders , accept bill payments , and explain available services Offer prepaid cards to our customers. Verify customer identification and follow anti-fraud procedures Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies Communicate with customers clearly in both English and Spanish Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions are documented Assist in opening/closing procedures and general office upkeep Stay up to date on company policies and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in check cashing, banking, or money services is a plus Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal required; written preferred) Strong attention to detail, especially with large cash transactions Dependable, honest, and professional demeanor Ability to work with computers and POS/cash systems Must pass a background check and identity verification Flexible availability is a plus
