Job Description
Teller Auburn Community Federal Credit Union Auburn, NY 13021 Auburn Community Federal Credit Union is in need of a full-time Teller / Member Service Representative. We have 2 offices in Auburn, 1 office in Weedsport, and 1 office in Liverpool NY. As a member of our team, you will be expected to greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Provide members with prompt, accurate, and efficient service in performing financial transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all credit union services and products handled and promoted by tellers in accordance with policies and procedures. Cross-sell credit union services and products. Salary is commensurate with experience and negotiable.
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year credit union/banking and/or customer service. Sales experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Listening Verbal Communication Professionalism Customer Service Sales Cash Handling Computer Problem Solving Attention to Detail’ ‘
