Bilingual Bank Teller Position Available In Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The bilingual Member Service Representative assists members with financial services by processing transactions and recommending products. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, handling transactions, promoting products, resolving account issues, modifying accounts, adding services, and opening new accounts according to credit union policies.

• Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday, occassional Saturdays as needed. 

• Member Services Rep Responsibilities:

• Member Services:

• Answer member inquiries
• Open new accounts
• Assist with service requests (e.g., stop payments, direct deposit)
• Help with loan applications
• Cross-sell services
• Educate members on products
• Order checkbooks
• Assist with ATM PIN changes.

• Teller Responsibilities:

• Prepare drawer on time
• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
• Verify funds and endorsements
• Balance drawer and money orders
• Lock drawer and vault
• Research discrepancies
• File daily work
• Report large cash deposits.

• Requirements:

• 2+ years of banking or credit union experience
• Bilingual
• Fluent in English and Spanish languages
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to type on a keyboard
• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail abilities
