Recognize potential cross-sell opportunities and direct customersto appropriate bank personnel. Develop skills to recognizepotential fraud and report to management as necessary. Comply withall department, bank and regulatory policies and procedures. Upholdestablished Wintrust culture. May be responsible for bankopening/closing and may be required to participate in communityevents.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in cashhandling or customer service High school degree or equivalentTravel between branches may be necessary Must be available to workall shifts including Saturdays Must be able to lift 30 lbs Must beable to stand for long periods of time Bilingual Preferred MedicalInsurance
