Description We are looking for a meticulous Teller to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional banking services to customers while managing various cash-handling tasks. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a wide range of banking transactions, including cashing checks and processing withdrawals.
• Handle cash deposits accurately and ensure balances are maintained in accordance with company policies.
• Open new accounts and provide guidance to customers on banking products and services.
• Verify the accuracy of deposits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage cash drawers efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
• Utilize Excel for basic reporting and transaction tracking as needed.
• Maintain a meticulous demeanor and uphold the bank’s reputation for quality service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to procedures. Requirements
• Proven experience in cash handling and balancing in a banking or retail environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers effectively.
• Proficiency in using Excel for basic data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and check processing.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to follow banking regulations and company policies.
