Education/Experience:
Associate degree or at least 5 years of banking experience or 2 years CSR experience preferred.
Description:
The ITM eCSR position is responsible for day-to-day Interactive Teller Machine assistance and maintenance requests, BankOnLine assistance with retail online account opening, debit card issues, hold requests, mobile deposit review, Zelle assistance, Bill Pay assistance, fraud research and resolution, ordering money for branches, assistance with employee questions related to branch account opening, teller processing, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge Required:
Bank policies and Procedures. Advanced arithmetic and accounting principles. Accurate English grammar. Superior knowledge of computer interfaces and programs, such as Xperience, 4|Sight, Synergy, and Banno/NetTeller. Confident understanding of Federal Regulations including, but not limited to, Reg D, Reg E, Reg DD, Reg CC. A basic working knowledge of desktop and mobile operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android.
Ability Required:
Candidate must be able to provide an excellent customer service experience via phone and electronic methods. Candidate must be able to clearly present information and respond to questions from customers and fellow associates with a pleasant and team-driven attitude. Candidate must exhibit calmness during a crisis. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and show willingness to be versatile in an ever-adapting operational environment.
Skills Required:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Microsoft Access is a plus. An understanding of mobile operating systems – iOS and Android. Skills in organization, timemanagement, and the ability to prioritize are a must. Tasks May Include (but not limited to): 1. Incoming customer and branch calls/e-mails 2.
Data entry and maintenance:
BankOnLine and SmartPay 3. GL entry and balancing 4. Stop Payments/Unauthorized ACH debits 5. Report monitoring and information verification 6. BankOnLine reset and customer questions via phone and electronic messaging 7. Mobile Deposit Review 8. Basic IT assistance for customers accessing BankOnLine via web or applications. 9. Various Projects as assigned
