We are looking for a Director of FP&A to lead the Finance and Accounting team with financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis efforts. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving financial insights that inform executive decision-making and support long-term business planning. The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with strong business partnership skills and thrives in a fast-paced data driven environment. We’re looking for someone who can not only lead a high performing team, but also challenge assumptions, identify trends, and recommend actions that drive operational growth and efficiency.

Day To Day :

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts. Manage/supervise AR, AP, and General Ledger. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning. Ensure compliance with US GAAP. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and owner. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to support strategic decision making. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements and reports in accordance with local and companywide standards. Responsible for timely month-end close process of both the US and Mexico entities. Ensure proper cost for all products are accurate, and that appropriate overheads are accurately applied. Partner with external auditors to support annual audit procedures. Prepare timely communication and provide accurate documentation, including “prepared by client” deliverables. Aid in the implementation of AP automation software.

About You:

Certified Public Accountant preferred. 10+ years of experience with progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of GAAP. Multinational or international audit experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw insightful conclusions. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Business Central is a plus. Willingness to perform all accounting aspects as needed, from clerical to high level reporting and analysis. Possess strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to develop and motivate others.
