Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the health care services industry. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support strategic planning. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support for decision-making.
