- Shelbyville, Tennessee (Paid Relocation) The Controller is responsible for providing robust support to the financial needs of the Tennessee site, reporting to the “Plant Manager”. This position is one of the KEY members of Financial Leadership team. Strong Experience With SAP

- Manufacturing Strong involvement in Costing areas, Bill of Materials, Work Order Variance Analysis, Volume, Mix analysis etc., Main activities
- Provide strong support to ensure proper and timely month end/ Quarter-end & year end activities
- Actively participates to develop with Finance team the detailed forecasts and Budgets under Plant Manager’s supervision
- Lead projects on financial analysis to achieve vast improvements
- Monitor closely various control aspects and report periodically on various Plant improvements and drivers to Plant Manager and Site Leadership.
- Meticulous & ROBUST analysis of cost accounting routines, inventory movements/valuation etc., and lead improvement initiatives. [Strong involvement in Costing areas, Bill of Materials, Work Order Variance Analysis, Volume, Mix analysis etc.,]
- Able to identify costing, SAP routings and financial improvement areas and manage improvements projects on self-actualized manner.
