The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting principles, and strategic planning. This role requires a visionary leader who can analyze cash flow, manage investments, and ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory standards. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the company while supporting overall business objectives. Duties Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize liquidity and ensure effective investment strategies. Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and maintain accurate financial records through accrual accounting practices. Lead cost accounting initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Provide technical accounting guidance and support to various departments within the organization. Collaborate with executive leadership to inform decision-making through financial insights. Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders. Skills Strong expertise in cash flow analysis and investment management. Proficient in strategic planning with a focus on long-term financial growth. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, including IFRS and accrual accounting. Experience in financial services with a solid understanding of cost accounting methodologies. Exceptional technical accounting skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong financial acumen coupled with excellent analytical abilities. Effective communication skills to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. Has a valid passport or can obtain a valid passport.
