This role requires a visionary leader who can analyze cash flow, manage investments, and ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory standards. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the company while supporting overall business objectives. Duties Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize liquidity and ensure effective investment strategies. Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and maintain accurate financial records through accrual accounting practices. Lead cost accounting initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Provide technical accounting guidance and support to various departments within the organization. Collaborate with executive leadership to inform decision-making through financial insights. Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
