The Controller will manage the financial aspects of the company. Support accounting team with motivation, mentorship and training. Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP Standards and regulatory requirements. Implement robust financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. Serve as the go-to for technical accounting maters. Direct and participate in monthly close activities and reporting. Prepare percentage of completion and construction accounting monthly. Lead auditing initiatives. Champion finance transformations. and stream-line finance processes. 5+ years of experience as a senior level accounting manager. MS Excel & Word, Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP System. Bachelors degree in Accounting. CPA is a plus.
Normal Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
