Our client is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and elevate the financial operations of a specialized manufacturing environment. Benefits & Extras Full family health insurance (100% paid – BCBS) 3 weeks of PTO right out of the gate Strong opportunity for growth Bonus potential of $10K based on company & individual performance Onsite role in Pell City, AL Supportive team with three direct reports Compensation $80,000-$90,000 base salary (DOE) $10,000 bonus potential (performance-based) What You’ll Be Doing Direct all accounting and financial control functions for the organization Develop and maintain financial systems, policies, and internal controls Lead timely completion of financials, budgets, cost statements, and strategic planning Provide ongoing financial analysis and performance assessments Oversee AP/AR, payroll, tax, inventory, and all cash control Ensure compliance with all government reporting and tax requirements Lead audit preparation and serve as the primary contact for external auditors What You’ll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Strong ERP systems experience Manufacturing environment background Excellent communication and delegation skills Advanced Excel capabilities How To Apply
