We are seeking a Controller to join a fantastic team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is with a long-standing, well

• respected local Arkansas company!

! Small, family-owned organization with a great location in the Heights. We are looking for someone ready to step in and own the financial operations of the organization including general accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. The role demands a high level of detail-orientation and organization to manage a vast number of transactions and the maintenance of multiple income statements.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding the transition from QuickBooks to a new ERP for improved business operations
• Overseeing the production of income statements and financials on a monthly basis
• Annual budgeting and implementation of standard operating procedures
• Managing the accounting for inventory and cost of goods sold
• Conducting bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
• Working with external auditors and outside CPA firm
  Requirements
  + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
  + 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a Sr.

Accountant or Management level role with leadership/supervisory duties
+ Ability to own financial reporting processes
+ Experience in retail accounting is helpful for this role!
