This is a full-time, high-impact leadership role located in Little Rock, AR , reporting directly to the President. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Strategic & Operational Finance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking Build data dashboards and financial models that guide executive decisions Deliver insights that drive contract negotiations and business growth Accounting & Financial Operations Oversee all accounting functions—AP/AR, payroll, tax prep, banking Ensure timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting Manage internal finance staff and external partners Mergers & Acquisitions Run point on financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration Align reporting and ensure seamless financial consolidation People & Process Leadership Oversee HR-related financial functions including compensation strategy and benefits Improve business processes across departments with data-backed efficiency tools Lead company-wide reporting and analytics infrastructure

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)

Experience:

5+ years in a senior finance or accounting leadership role

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of GAAP , budgeting, and financial reporting Advanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks Online , NetSuite , or Sage Experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools is a plus

Leadership Experience:
