Controller Aminov Search Partners Pocahontas, AR A dedicated full-time professional is sought to spearhead the pivotal accounting, compliance, and human resources operations at our manufacturing site located in Pocahontas, AR. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is integral to both strategic decision-making and routine management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, budget management, double-entry bookkeeping, and generating financial reports. Ensure adherence to GAAP standards, handle tax-related issues, and maintain robust internal controls. Lead the monthly and annual close processes, conduct audits, prepare forecasts, analyze job costs, and assess profit margins. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee engagement. Implement company policies, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and support safety and workers’ compensation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in a senior accounting capacity or similar leadership role. Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, financial planning, and financial management systems. Proficient with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Striven. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA certification is an asset. Experience overseeing human resources, from hiring to compliance. Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills. Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test is required.
