Lead budgeting,forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

Ensure internal controls and financial compliance are met. Manageaccounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, andpayroll. Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-endaudit processes. Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations foroptimization. Lead and develop the accounting team. The FinancialController will work closely with ownership. Qualifications forthis Financial Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting orFinance 5-7 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in aleadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, andaccounting systems. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
