The Controller reporting directly to the CFO Thiscompany is both a manufacturing and SaaS organization. This companyis the only manufacturer in the world for their product andsoftware Expanding to multiple new international markets in 2021Hybrid schedule
Responsibilities of Controller:
Maintain internalsafeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizationalbudgets and actual expenditures Establish (in coordination withCFO) financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, programmonitoring, and reporting standards on biweekly, monthly, andannual basis Implement consistent accounting policies, practices,and procedures across all programs, adhering to national and locallegal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposedlegislation Develop and enforce internal controls to maximizeprotection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflowsHelp develop and support short- and long-term operationalstrategies
Preferred Skillset of Controller:
Erp system experienceAdvanced excel skills Experience in multi-company organizations,consolidation, intercompany procedures Demonstrate excellentcommunication, technology, problem solving and analytical skillsWillingness to learn
