Finance Director We are working with a mission-drivenorganization that is recognized for its commitment to communityhealth and social impact. As part of their continued growth anddedication to financial excellence, they are seeking a dynamicFinance Director to join their leadership team. About theOpportunity This role reports directly to the Chief FinancialOfficer and is responsible for overseeing all accountingoperations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The FinanceDirector plays a key role in developing and implementing systemsthat ensure the organization’s financial health, compliance, andoperational efficiency. This position also supervises a dedicatedaccounting team and collaborates across departments to supportstrategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Direct and manageall accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financialreporting in compliance with GAAP. Establish and maintain robustinternal controls and accounting systems. Prepare and presentfinancial reports, variance analyses, and strategic recommendationsto the CFO. Oversee budget development, cash flow management,capital asset tracking, and reconciliations. Manage monthly payrollprocesses, tax filings, W-2s, 1099s, and payroll-related audits.

Lead the preparation for annual financial audits and ensure fullaudit readiness. Monitor and direct cash flow activities and bankaccount transfers. Supervise accounting staff, providing ongoingsupport, coaching, and professional development. Partner withsystems teams and vendors to maintain and improve accountingtechnology solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum 5 years ofrelevant accounting or finance experience, with at least 3 years ina leadership or supervisory role. Strong understanding of GAAP,financial compliance standards, and audit processes. Provenexperience managing accounting operations and team performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the abilityto translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
