The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with various accounting software systems. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the organization, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Duties Preparing month-end journal entries and closing of books. Filing sales tax returns. Completing bank reconciliations Utilize accounting software (Infor – FACTS) for financial management. Lead the preparation of monthly financial statements. Payroll processing 401(k) administration Skills Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation processes. Experience with Infor software a plus, but training is available. Strong understanding of accounting. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
