The Comptroller/Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting and financial activities of the company to ensure accountability, efficiency, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist management in making important financial decisions by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insight into the financial performance and health of the company Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals in the preparation of financial statements and reports Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for growth and expansion Stay up-to-date on financial market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize profits Ensure the financial stability of the company by adhering to accounting standards and regulations

Comptroller Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong communication skills to effectively explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Management 5+ years of relevant work experience Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations

$80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
