Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:

1.Oversee and manage all financial aspects of our real estateportfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and financialreporting. 2. Work closely with property managers and otherstakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 3.Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize propertyvalue and profitability. 4. Ensure compliance with all financialregulations and standards. 5. Use MRI and other financial softwareto analyze financial data and generate reports. 6. Coordinate withexternal auditors and manage audit processes. 7. Review and approveproperty acquisitions, dispositions, and capital expenditures. 8.Provide financial expertise and guidance to senior management andother team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field. An advanced degree orcertification (such as CPA, CMA, or MBA) is preferred. 2. Minimumof 5 years of experience in a financial management role in the realestate industry, with a focus on commercial real estate. 3.Proficient in MRI and other financial software. 4. Strong knowledgeof real estate markets and financial regulations. 5. Excellentfinancial and analytical skills. 6. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. High level of integrity and professionalism. 10.
