What You’ll Do Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, treasury, and consolidations. Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with U.S. GAAP and all regulatory requirements. Own the development and implementation of internal controls, policies, and accounting best practices. Guide the company through external audits and tax compliance with confidence and integrity. Provide senior leadership with actionable insights through strategic financial analysis and forecasting. Build, coach, and empower a high-performing accounting team. Champion process improvement, automation, and scalability across financial systems and operations. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA (strongly preferred); MBA or advanced degree (a plus). 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Deep knowledge of

U.S. GAAP, SEC

reporting standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience leading audits, managing tax strategies, and optimizing financial systems. Strong leadership, team development, and change management skills. Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
