Controller Position Summary One of our clients is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance professional with a strong background in high-revenue environments and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Develop and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and business performance. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. CPA certification strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing financial operations for a company with 9-figure annual revenue. Background in the manufacturing industry highly desirable. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
