Job Title:

Controller Position Summary One of our clients is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budget and forecasts preparation, and development of internal control policies and procedures. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance professional with a strong background in high-revenue environments and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities + Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. + Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. + Develop and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. + Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and business performance. + Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. + Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies. + Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications + MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. + CPA certification strongly preferred. + 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. + Proven experience managing financial operations for a company with 9-figure annual revenue. + Background in the manufacturing industry highly desirable. + Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. + Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. + Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
