This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville Campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities include:

Provides advice, insights, and recommendations based on operational trends, ensuring diligent metric tracking, budgeting, reporting, planning, assisting with monthly close and review of accruals, and forecasting as needed. Supports financial and operational performance by assisting in the development of financial goals; analyzing result. Develops recommendations for operational improvement. The position will include significant reporting responsibilities, as well as development of the annual operating budget and the annual capital budget. Internal communication to ELT and SLT.
