- , you will play a key role in shaping Crowley’s financial direction. You’ll be responsible for the corporation’s financial reporting and accounting functions, while also contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning corporate growth and evaluating performance against objectives.
- Selects, develops, and motivates management talent.
- Continuous process improvement to drive process efficiencies and cost reduction, including the research and implementation of new IT platforms.
- Actively participates in planning, approval, revising and implementing corporate strategies and financial activities.
- Responsible for external auditor relationships, financial disclosures and financial controls for the corporation.
- Manages the Payroll function, Insurance accounting, Claims Management, financial close cycle, fixed asset life cycle and related registering of assets.
- Consolidates budget and financial forecasting from business units with corporate projections in conjunction with VP Financial Planning and Analysis.

Education & Credentials:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CPA required; MBA preferred
- Proven record of success in managing complex financial environments and driving transformation.
