Job DetailsWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Assistant Controllerto join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at leastfive years of experience in accounting and/or finance, with astrong analytical mindset and proven leadership capabilities.
Experience in manufacturing or food production environments is aplus.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex financialdata to support decision-making Review monthly financial statementsand prepare summary reports for leadership Assist in thepreparation, management, and analysis of the company’s annualbudget Coordinate and support external audits and corporate taxpreparation Lead, mentor, and support finance team members in theirday-to-day responsibilities Communicate professionally withcustomers, vendors, and internal teams in a positive and proactivemanner Ensure accurate and timely responses to financialinstitutions, vendors, and customer inquiries Prepare and delivermanagement reports as requested by leadership or stakeholdersProvide guidance to staff on accounting procedures, compliance, andsystem usage
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience inaccounting and/or finance roles Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field Strong analytical skills with a highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail Proven ability to lead,mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financialreporting tools and ERP systems Manufacturing industry experienceis a strong plus Interested in hearing more?
