What We’re Looking For :
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience Management/Supervisory experience Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting/Finance; preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing :
Coordinate month-end close process and make sure it’s completed in a timely manner Prepare and post payroll journal entries and manage payroll-related allocations Prepare monthly financial statements and support month-end close Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze P&L variances Prepare bank reporting packages Support annual audits and ensure regulatory reporting compliance Collaborate with the team to improve accounting processes and documentation Mentor junior accounting staff and promote best practices across the team
