We are seeking a skilled Controller to oversee our accounting/financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This role will be responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes to support our business strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Ensure compliance with GAAP
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports
Coordinate month-end close processes and ensure completion within deadlines
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and development opportunities
Oversee fund accounting for investment funds and asset management activities
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure all necessary documentation is provided Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
Proven experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager
Strong knowledge of GAAP Nice to haves: Experience in fund accounting and asset management is a plus
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
