Experience working in the education sector in a similar role Strong Financial Planning skills and experience in managing Financial Statements Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Finance management Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data Demonstrated expertise in budget preparation and financial forecasting Strong leadership and team management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance and Operations located in Tampa, FL. The Director will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, and drive financial reporting processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis, monitoring the school’s financial health, and implementing operational improvements. The Director will work closely with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making and maintain regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, 12-month position that is accompanied by a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
