Salary:

Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and presentmonthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit &Loss reports Ensure inventory accuracy across raw materials,work-in-progress, finished goods, and supplies through routinecycle counts Maintain and update Bills of Material in coordinationwith engineering teams Analyze labor hours to support productionefficiency targets Evaluate and adjust overhead rates annually,identifying under/over absorption trends Record capital assettransactions and maintain accurate asset listings Oversee accountsreceivable, credit evaluations, and collections processes Track andreport cost-saving initiatives in procurement Manage the accountspayable process with strong internal controls and accurate codingHandle tax filings, including personal property and sales/use taxLead annual budgeting efforts in collaboration with operationalleadership, providing ongoing progress updates Maintain financialdashboards aligned with monthly reporting Support capitalexpenditure projects, including internal rate of return (IRR)analysis

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a Controller or senior finance role
